- 26 - - 27 - C on ne ctin g th e mi ni P al t o y o ur Ma c m i n i About the supplied USB and FireW ire cables: Each end of the USB cable has differ ent connectors, called type A and type B. The ' A ' connector plugs into your computer . The 'B' connector plugs into y our mini Pal .
- 28 - - 29 - 4. Connect the USB cable: Plug the type B connec tor into the USB type B por t on the mini Pal. Plug the type A connector into a free USB por t on your Mac mini. 5. Connect the FireW ire connector: Plug one end of the F ireW ire cable into any one of the F ireWire por ts on your mini Pal.
