5 How T o Assemble Y our Steam Mop How to Use This Guide This User’ s Guide has been designed to help you get the utmost satis- faction from your BISSELL Steam Mop bare floor steam cleaner . 6 Steam Mop Product F eatures T ip: Do Not attempt to use your Steam Mop without water in the tank. Water T ank. The Water T ank is located on the back of the Steam Mop. It can be refilled with water any time during use. Distilled or demineralized water may be used in place of tap water .
7 Attach Mop Pad A. Set Swivel Head in Mop Pad. B. Tighten Mop Pad by pulling on cord while pressing on T oggle. Fill the Water T ank A. Remove T ank by lifting straight up and away from unit. B. Unscrew cap at bottom of W ater T ank, remove the insert assembly .
8 Routine Maintenance When Y ou’re Done Unplug Power Cord from outlet. Carefully remove Mop Pad from Swivel Head, as Mop Pad and Lower Assembly will be hot. Any water remaining in the W ater T ank should be emptied prior to machine storage. Mop Pad can be machine washed in hot water and tumbled dry .
