10 Note: If the battery is damaged, avoid touching it. If your skin comes into contact with any of the m aterials inside the bat - tery, flush it with lots of w ater and seek help from a doctor if necessary. Precautions for Using the Charger 1. Use the power voltage between 110V AC and 220V AC.

18 Outdoor profile Meeting profile Missed call New message Memor y card V oice message Inser ting and Removing a SIM Card Y ou need to insert a valid SIM card into your mobile phone before you can make and receive calls. All your information regardi ng network connection plus many of your contacts are saved on the SIM card.
19 6. Replace the battery cover . Inser ting a Memor y Card Y ou can use a memor y card to expand the st orage of your phone – storing or copying files such as phot os, music, etc. Do not remove the card or switc h off the phone while transmitting or saving data, because it may cause data loss and damage the phone or the card.
20 NOTE: microSD logo is a trademark of SD-3C, LLC. Using and Charging the Batter y There’s no need t o charge the battery first – you can use it as soon as you’ve removed the pack aging. T o help your battery live a long and healthy life, exhaust it completely before fully rechar g - ing it for the first three times.
21 4. Replace the batter y cover and close it gently until you hear a click. Removing the Battery 1. Make sure your phone is switched of f. 2. Remove the battery cover . 3. Pull the batter y up and out. Note: Please turn off your mobile phone before taking out the battery, otherwise your mobile phone might be damaged.
22 Charging the Batter y Y our phone is powered by a lithium ion rechargeable battery . T o give it a long and healthy life, use it straight fr om the pack without charging. T hen exhaust it completely and then recharge it com - pletely at least three times.
23 NOTE: Keep y our phone in a v entilated, r oom-temperature place during charging. Use the original charger o r one au - thenticated by the manufacturer – if you don ’t, you could violate the warranty provisions or cause damage to the phone. Charge your mobile as soon as it switches off automatically or warns that power is low .

25 Communicating Calling Make a Call Direct Dialing The most basic wa y to make a call is to input a number in standby mode and press t he Send Ke y . Y ou can also make a call from your Contacts . Dialing from Contacts • T ocallsomeone:Goto Menu > Contacts .

27 • Dial the direct line + W+theextensionnumber e.g.12345678W123, and then press Send Ke y . When you hear the voice prompt f or extension, just follow the prompt to confirm.
28 Adjusting the V olume 1. During t he conversation, press the V olume Ke ys to adjust the voice volume. 2. When the Audio player is pla ying, press the Volume K eys to adjust the volume. Hands-free 1. During the conversation, press the Center Ke y [Spk.
29 Messaging Writing Messages 1. F rom the Main Menu screen select Messaging icon, then select New Message to compose a text message. 2. In To field, enter the number or choose the number from the Contacts . 3. Press Down Navigation ke y to move the Te x t box to write text.
30 NOTE: Some cities or regions do not support short messages containing more than 1 60 characters. Only mobile phones with EMS functionality can send and receive static icons, ani - mated icons and music files. Inbox & Outbox 1. Enter Conversation to view the received/ sent messages.
31 u Save Contact : Save t he sender’s number to address book. u Sort by : Sor t the messages in group. Message Settings F rom the Messaging screen, select Settings to access the f ollow - ing functions: u Quick T ext : Sentences pre-edited for the message text.
32 Quick Searches Scroll down t o find a name or input the first letter of your desired contact in the blank and quickly searc h for the contacts, or view all contacts in the contacts list.
33 Storage and Displa y Set the display order , contacts to display and def ault stor age location. If you select (U)SIM Card, the new contact will be st ored to your (U)SIM Car d. If you select Phone, the new contact will be stored to y our phone. Speed Dial Set the speed dial keys and enable or disable this function.
34 View Select a call record and then press Center K ey to view the con - tact information in detail. Select Options t o enter the submenu: u Send Message : Send a text message to the number . u Call : Call the number . u Save Number : Sa ve the number to phonebook.
35 NOTE: This function requires ne twork support, so please con - tact your network pro vider for details. Call waiting If this function is activated, you will receive an incoming call while you are on the phone to someone else.

They should give you a four -digit password to activate call barring. 40 T o play the voice memo you just recorded, select Options > My Recordings and then select a memo to pla y . Camera Aim the camera (it will appear on the phone screen) and when you’re happ y with the picture you see, press the Center K ey or Camera Button to take the shot.

42 Applications Profiles In Menu > Settings > Profiles , you can select your preferred profile in this menu. The pr ofile options are: General, Silent, Meet - ing, Outdoor and Flight. T he default settings for each individual profile are preset at the fact or y .
43 Download View and manage your downloaded files. Countdown Countdown allows you t o set a time and count down to zero. World Time Y ou can view the time in different cities. Alarm Here you can view and edit the alarm clock settings. Y ou can also enable or disable the alarms.

Bluetooth Go to Settings > Connection Settings > Blue tooth . The Bluetoo th devices must be paired before the communication is per formed.
