5 OPERA TION Bef ore using Remov e all securing tapes. W ash inside the appliance with luke warm water and bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water).
6 Storage of fr ozen food When first star ting-up or after a period out of use, bef ore putting the products in the compar tment let the appliance run for at least two hours on the F ast F reeze setting, then push the F ast F reeze b utton again. Do not e xceed the storage period indicated by the manuf acturer .
7 Thawing F rozen f ood, prior to being used, can be thaw ed in the fridge or at room temperature depending on the time av ailab le. Small f ood items ma y e ven be cook ed from frozen; in this case cooking will take longer . Any froz en food which is allo wed to tha w accidentally should either be eaten as soon as possible or thro wn aw a y .

17 Height adjustment The height of the appliance is adjustable from 820 to 870 mm to line up with e xisting kitchen units. Bef ore installing the appliance between units, adjust the height of the f eet and rear wheels. The wheels are f actor y set for a height of 820 mm.
18 Building the appliance in • The top of the appliance must be k ept clear to allow correct air circulation. If a w all unit is fitted abov e the appliance, there m ust be a gap of 50 mm between this unit and the wall and it m ust be at least 50 mm below the ceiling.
