Setting mode The appliance is in setting mode when all the programme indicator lights are off and th e end indic ator light flashes. The applian ce must be in set ting mode for t hese opera- tions: – To set a w ashing programme. – To set the w ater softener leve l.

1 2 Use the cutlery grid. If the dimensions of the cutlery prevent use of the cutlery grid, re move it. 1 Arrange the items to let water touch all surfac es. 2 For longer items fold the cup racks up. Prevent to put plat es in the first three sections in the front part of the upper basket.
3 Fill the detergent dispens- er (A) with detergent. 4 If you use a w ashing pro- gramme with prewash phase, put more detergent in the prewas h detergent compart ment (B). 5 6 Use of detergent tablets Put the detergent ta blet in the detergent dispenser (A).
2. Release the programme selection/ca ncel button to cancel the washing pro gramme. At this time you can do these steps: 1. Switch off the applianc e. 2. Set a new washing pr ogramme. Fill the detergent dispenser w ith detergent before you set a new wash ing program me.
Important! Do not remove the spra y arms. If the hol es in the spr ay arms become clogg ed, remove remaining par ts of soil with a cocktai l stick. External cleaning Clean the ext ernal surfa ces of the app liance and con trol panel with a da mp soft cloth.
The cleaning results are not satisfactory The dishes ar e not clean • The selected washing p rogramme is not applicable for the type of load and soil. • The baskets are loaded in correctly so that water c annot reach all surfaces. • Spray arms do not turn freely bec aus e of incorrect arrang em ent of the lo ad.
Warning! To discard the applia nce, follow the procedure: • Pull the mains plug out of the socket. • Cut off t he mains cable and mains plug and di scard them. • Discard th e door catch. This preven ts the child ren to close thems elves inside the applian ce and endang er their li ves.
