6 Attaching T he Handle • Unfold the upper hand le unti l it align s with the lo wer handle. • Secur e the two hand les by tigh tening the win g nuts (carriage bo lts must be s eated prope rly into the handle) .
7 Attaching T h e Blower Chut e (If Equipped) • Grasp b lower c hute with o ne han d and slide l ocking rod on mount ing bracket wi th other hand toward engin e. Use end of mount ing bra cket as le vera ge when slidi ng the lo ckin g rod. See F igure 5.
8 Chipper Ch ute Allow tw igs and sma ll branc hes up to 1 1/2 ” in di ameter to be fed int o the impell er for chipping. Blower Chute (If Equippe d) When att ached to unit the blower ch ute is used to blow or scatter yar d waste such as leaves, pine ne edles, or small twi gs acros s yard.
9 • Hold bag han dle and ba g clip while empty ing the conte nts. • Compres s bag openi ng and fold inn er flap over opening. • Fold ou ter flap over inner flap and ins ert buttons on the bag throu gh metal outl ets. • Twist the buttons to loc k bag.
10 Nozzle Height Adju stment The no zzle c an b e adjus ted to any s ix pos ition s, ranging from 5 /8 ” to 4 1/8 ” ground c learance. T he nozzle he ight has to be ad juste d accord ing to the conditio ns. Mov e the heig ht adjustm ent leve rs forwar d or backw ard to adjust the no zzle upwards or downwards .
11 Maint ena nce Engine Refer to the se parate engi ne manua l for all eng ine maintenan ce i nstru ctions. • Check e ngine oil level befor e each use as instruc ted in the separate engine manua l packed with yo ur unit. Read an d follow instructio ns care ful ly.

22 SECCIÓ N 2: MONTAJE DE LA ASPIRADORA PARA PATIOS IMPORT ANTE: Esta unidad se env í a sin gasoli na ni aceite en el moto r. Antes de op erar la m á qui na car gue el moto r con gaso lina y a ceite co mo se i ndica en el manu al se parado de l mismo.

24 Instalaci ó n del canal de soplado (Si est á incluido) • Tome el canal de soplado con una mano y deslice la varilla de segu ridad del soport e de mont aje haci a el motor c on la otra mano. Us e el extremo del soporte de montaje como p alanca c uando de slice l a varilla de segurid ad.

26 • Gire los dos bot ones de la parte post erior de la bolsa para abri rla y vaciar e l conteni do. Ver Fig ura 7. • Sostenga l a manij a y el bro che de la bolsa mi entras vac í a el con tenido. • Comprima la abertura de la b olsa y d oble la a leta interior sobre l a abertura.
27 Ajuste de la altura del pico Puede ajus tar el pico en seis posicio nes que var í an desde 5/ 8” a 4 1 /8 ” de dis tancia d el su elo. Debe a justar la altura de l pico se g ú n las cond iciones . Mueva las pala ncas para ajustar la altu ra hacia adelante o hacia a tr á s para ajusta r el pico hacia arriba o ha cia abaj o.
