Page 5 Loading pap er .... 1 Pull open the paper cassette and push down on the pr essure plate until it l ocks into posi tion. 2 Adjust the rear paper guide to the r equired paper length. T o l oad a dif ferent size paper , lift and insert the rear guide into the corresponding posit ion.
Page 6 Setting the language. ... 1 Press [Menu/Exi t] on t he control panel. The display shows the first menu ‘SYSTEM DA T A ’. Scroll t o the ‘ SYSTEM SETUP ’ menu by pressing repeatedl y , then p r ess [Selec t]. 2 Scroll t o the ‘ SELECT LANGUAGE ’ option by pressing repeate dly .
