- 3 - Welcome! The RF2IR2W base station is the ultimate Xant ech accessory to the Xantech XTR39 Color LCD remote color. It’s a receiver that accepts t he Radio Frequency output of the XTR39 remote and translate it into IR and RS232 comm and signals that can control virtua lly any IR or RS232 electronic device.
