2 INSTALLA TION QUICK-ST A RT A typical system will use an IR receiver, several em itters, and a power supply all connected to a c onnecting block. ( sold separately) 1. Connect the IR receiver to the “IR RC VR” port on the connecting block. The ‘red’ connector i s installed to the ‘red’ plug.
4 LARGE SYSTEM APPLICA T ION The ML85 IR receiver is co mpatible with all Xantech C onnecting Blocks . Different connecting block s are provided for app lication specific situations. For instance, in the diagra m below, a 791-44 con necting block is used to control several com ponents.
