OPERA TION Making the Connection. This inver ter is designed to connect to your 12 volt batter y by the supplied #8 AWG gauge cables. 1. Make cer tain that the inver ter ’ s r ocker switch is in the OFF (O) position.
OPERA TION Note: • The audible alar m may make a momentar y “chirp” when the inver ter is tur ned OFF (O). The same alar m may also sound when the inver ter is being connected to or disconnected fr om the 12 volt power sour ce.
The Power Sour ce. When the engine is of f, most batteries will pr ovide ample power to the inver ter for one to two hours. The actual length of time is a function of several variables including the age and condition of the batter y and the power demand being placed on it by the equipment being operated with the inver ter .

W all Mounting : The Pr o-800W has pr ovisions for wall mounting; slotted holes allow for easy wall mounting of the unit.
Note: Inexpensive sound systems may emit a “buzzing” sound when operated with the inver ter . This is due to inadequate filters in the sound system. There is no solution to this pr oblem shor t of pur chasing a sound system with a higher quality power supply .
