9 Meat Thermometer On models wit h out a tempe rature pr obe, use a meat thermometer to determine donenes s of meat, poultry and fish. The inter nal temperature, not appe arance, should be used to determine doneness. A meat therm ometer is not supplied w ith this ap pliance.
