6 Settings Fahre nheit and Celsius The temperature is factory preset to Fahrenheit but can be changed to Celsius. 1. Press SETTINGS twice. “TEMP UNIT” and “F AHRENHEIT . Press (1) for CELSIUS” will appe ar in the display text a rea. 2. Press the T emp/Time “1” keypad to change the temperature unit.
7 12-Hour Auto Off The oven control is factory preset to automatically shut off the oven 12 hours after the oven turns on. This will not interfere with any timed or delaye d cook function. T o Cancel 12-Hour Auto Off: 1. Press SETTINGS 10 times. “12Hr AUTO_OFF” and “ON.
8 OVEN USE Odors and smoke ar e normal when the oven is used the first few times, or when it is heavily soiled. IMPORT ANT : The health of some birds is extremely sensitive to the fumes given off. Exposure to the fumes may result in death to certain birds.
9 Rack positions and pan placement for layer cakes in 27" (68.6 cm) Convection and Non-Convection ovens For best results when baking laye r cakes on 2 racks in the upper and lower oven, use racks 2 and 5. Place the cakes on the racks as shown. BAKEWARE T o cook food evenly , hot air must be able to circulate.
10 Baking Before baking, position racks according to the “Positioning Racks and Bakeware” section. T o Bake: 1. Press BAKE for the desir ed oven . “BAKE” and “Set temp or Press ST ART” will scroll in the text area, and 350°F (177°C) will be displayed.
11 BROILING CHART For best results, follow the chart below . For diagram, see the “Positioning Racks and Bakeware” section. A temperature setting of 550°F (2 88°C) is recommended for most foods.
12 Convection Baking (on some models) Use Convect Bake for single or multiple rack baking. When convection baking, reduce your recipe b aking temperature by 25°F (15°C). T o Set Convect Bake: 1. Press CONVECT once. “CONVE CT BAKE” and “Press Again or ST ART” will scr oll in the text area.
13 7. (Optional) If a Set S tart Time is desir ed, press ST ART TIME. Press the T emp/Time keypad to enter the desired time to delay the beginning of the cook ing cycle. “Press ST ART” will scroll in the text area. If a cooking time was not set, the control will prompt you to Se t Cooking Time.
14 OVEN CARE Self-Cleaning Cycle IMPORT ANT : The health of some birds is extremely sensitive to the fumes given off during the Self-Cleaning cycle. Exposu re to the fumes may result in death to certain birds. Always move birds to another closed and well-ventilated r oom.
15 Steam Clean (on so me mo del s) IMPORT ANT : Do not use oven clea ners or any other additives with Steam Clean. The Steam Clean featu re is designed for light oven cavity bottom cleaning. Use the Steam Clean fe ature as soon as possible after spills occur .
16 OVEN RACKS Cleaning Method: ■ Self-Clean c ycle: See “Self-Cleaning Cycle ” section first. Remove racks, or they will discolor and become difficult to slide. If this happens, a light coating of vege table oil applied to the rack guides will help them slide.
17 TROUBLESHOOTING T ry the solutions suggested here first in order to avoid the cost of an unnecessary service call. Nothing will operate ■ Has a household fuse blown, or has a cir cuit breaker tripped? Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker .

24 3. Appuyer sur TIMER SET/OFF (rég lage/arrêt de la minuterie) pour mettre la minuterie en marche. Le compte à rebours commence. “MINUT . dém” défile dans la zone d'affichage texte. La dernière minute du compte à rebours de la minuter ie s’affiche en secondes.
25 Clock (horloge) Réglage de l'horloge : Avant de procéder au réglage, s’assurer que le(s) four(s) et la minuterie sont désacti vés. 1. Appuyer une fois sur SETTI NGS (réglages); “HORLOGE” apparaît dans la zone de texte. 2. Appuyer sur la touche T emp/T ime (températur e/durée) pour entrer l'heure souhaitée.
26 Ajustement du calibrage de la températur e du four : Fours simples : 1. Appuyer treize fois sur SETTI NGS (réglages) . “CALIBRAGE FOUR. Appuyer sur ST ART” appara ît dans la zone de texte. 2. Appuyer sur ST ART (mise en ma rche) pour calibrer le four .
27 UTILISA TION DU FOUR Des odeurs et de la fumée sont normales lorsque le four est utilisé les premièr es fois, ou lorsqu'il est très sale. IMPORT ANT : La santé de certains oiseaux est très sen sible aux émanations de fumée. L ’exposi tion aux émanations peut entraîner la mort de certains oiseaux.
28 Positions de grilles et plats po ur les gâteaux à étages pour fours avec ou sans convection de 30" (76,2 cm) Pour des résultats optimaux lors de la cuisson au four de gâteaux à étages sur 2 grilles, utiliser le s grilles 2 et 5 dans le four simple ou supérieur .

31 Cuisson par convection - four supérieur uniquement (sur c erta ins modèles ) Lors de la cuisson par con vection, le ventilat eur fait cir culer l'air chaud de façon uniforme dans le fou r . Le déplacement de l'air chaud autour des a liments peut accélérer la cuisson pa r la pénétration des surfac es extérieures fr oides.
32 Cuisson au gril (sur certains modèles) Pour la cuisson au gril par convec tion, entrer la températur e de cuisson au gril normale. La porte doit êtr e fermée lors de la cuisson au gril par convection. Il n’est pas nécessaire de préchauffer le four pour la cuisson au gril par convection.
33 9. Une fois la duré e de cuisson réglée écou lée, le four s'éteint automatiquement , le signal sonore de fin de programme retentit et “Cuisson terminée ” appa raît dans la zone de texte. On peut aussi appuyer sur CANCEL (annulation) pour mettre fin au programme.
34 Désactivation d'un mode Sabbat activé : Le mode Sabbat peut êtr e désact ivé à tout moment durant un mode Sabbat activé. 1. Appuyer sur SETTINGS (réglages), puis sur 7 pendant 5 secondes pour revenir à la cuisson a u four traditionnelle ou appuyer sur OFF (arrêt) pour éteindr e le(s) four(s).
35 Autonettoyage : 1. Fermer la porte du four . 2. Appuyer sur CLEAN MODES (modes de nettoyage). 3. Pour les fours doubles un iquement : “APPUYEZ SUR 1 POUR LE FOUR SUPÉRIEUR” apparaît dans la zone de texte du four supérieur . “APPUYEZ SUR 2 POUR LE FOUR INFÉRIEUR” apparaît dans la zone de texte du four inférieur .

37 Dépose : 1. Ouvrir la porte du four complètement. 2. Relever le verrou de char nière de chaque côté. 3. Fermer la porte du four le plus com plètement possible. 4. Soulever la porte du four tout en la retenant de chaque côté. Continuer de maintenir la porte du four fermée et l' éloigner du châssis de la porte du four .
