3 RANGE SAFETY The Anti- T ip Brack et The range will not tip during normal use. However , the range can tip if you apply too much for ce or weight to the open door without the anti-tip br acket fastened down properly . You can be killed or seriously injured if you don't immediately follow instructions.

8 Coil El ements and Burne r Bowls (on so me mo dels) Coil elements should be level for optimal cooking re sults. Burn er bowls, when clean, reflect hea t back to the c ookware. They also help ca tch spi lls. Cookwar e should n ot extend mor e than 1 in.
9 Cookware IMPORT ANT : Never leave empty cookw are on a hot su rface cooking area, element or surface bur ner . Ideal cookwar e sho uld ha ve a fla t botto m, str aight si des, a well - fitting lid and the material sh ould be of medium-to-hea vy thick ness.
10 OVEN USE Electron ic Oven C ontrol Display After ins ta lling t he applia nce according t o the Inst alla ti on Instruc tions an d connecti ng the pow er supply , “PF” wi ll appear on the displ ay . Press OFF/CANCE L to clear “PF”. If “PF” appears agai n, a power failure has occurred.
11 Oven T emperature Control IMPORT ANT : Do not use a thermometer to measur e ov en temperature be cause openi n g the oven door and el ement or burn er cyclin g may give inc orrect readings. The oven provides accurate temp eratures, however , it may cook differently than yo u r previous oven , s o the te mp erature calibrat ion can be adj usted.
12 Bakeware The bakeware m aterial affects cooking results. Follow manufacturer’ s recommendat ions and us e the bake ware size recommended in the recipe.
13 Preheating After ST AR T/ENTER is pr essed, t he oven wi ll enter a fixe d preheat t ime base d on the temperat ure selec ted. The p reh eat time c ountdown w ill app ear on the d isplay unl ess the actual ov en tempe rature is greater than 17 0°F (75° C).
