6 ELECTRONIC OVEN CONTROL Display When power is first supp lied to the appl iance, every thing on both displays will light up for 5 sec onds. The n, the time of day and “PF” will appear on the electr onic oven display . Any other time “PF” app ears, a power failu r e occurred.

8 OVEN USE Odors and smoke are normal when the oven is u sed the first few times, or when it is heavi ly soile d. During oven use, the heat ing elements will not remain on, but will cycle on and off throughout oven operatio n. 9 Meat Thermometer On models wit hout a temperatu re probe, always rely on a meat thermometer to determine d onene ss of meat and poultr y . The inter nal temperat ure, not appearance, is wha t counts. A meat thermometer is not sup plied with this appli ance.
