5 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Unpacking 1. Empty the mic rowave oven of any packin g materials. 2. Clean the inside with a soft , damp cl oth. 3. Check for damage, such as: ■ a door that is not lined up correctly ■ damage around the door , or ■ dents on the interior or ext erior of the oven.

7 Start/E nter The ST ART/ENTER pad begi ns any function. If cooking is interrupted, t ouching ST ART/ENTER wil l resume t he preset cycle. Off/Cancel The OFF/CANCEL pad clears an y incorrect command and cancels any p rogram during cooking. It will not erase the ti me of day .
8 MICROWAVE OVEN USE A magnetron in the ov en produces microwaves which reflect off the metal floor , w alls and cei ling and pass through th e turnt able and appropriate cookware to the food.
9 Cookware and Dinne rware Cookware and dinnerware must fi t on the tur ntabl e. Always us e oven mitts or pot holders when ha ndling becau se any di sh may become hot from heat transf erred from the food. Do not use cookwar e and din nerwar e with gold or silver t rim.
10 Cooking P ower Many recipes for micr owave cooking specify which cooking power to us e by pe rce nt, nam e or num ber . For examp le, 70%=7=Medium -High. Use the follow ing chart as a general guide for the suggested cooking power of specific foods.
