Using AUTO COOK Cooking with AUTO COOK lets you cook common microwave-prepared foods without needing to program times and Cook Powers. AUTO COOK has preset times and Cook Powers for six major food categories: Baked Potatoes; Rolls, Muffins; Fresh Vegetables; Frozen Vegetables; Canned Vegetables; Casseroles (see chart on page 25).
