INSTALLATION A. EXAMINE OVEN Empty the microwave oven and clean inside it with a soft, damp cloth. Check for damage such as misaligned door, damage around the door or dents inside the oven or on the exterior. If there is any damage, please do not operate the unit until it has been checked by an authorized service technician and any repairs made.

3. MULTI-POWER COOKING Many foods need slower cooking (at less than HIGH-POWER) in order to give you the best results. ln addition to HIGH-POWER there are two multi-power settings (MEDIUM and DEFROST). The “Microwave Cooking Recipes and Tables” sections of this book tell you which power setting is recommended for the food being cooked.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS I. Do not attempt to tamper with, or make any adjustments or repairs to door, control panel, safety interlock switches or any other part of the oven.
