3 RANGE SAFETY The Anti-Tip Br acket The range will no t tip during normal use. However , the range can tip if you a pply too much force or weight to the open d oor wit hou t th e anti-tip bracket fastened down p roperly . You can be killed or seriously injured if you don't immediately follow instructions.

ACCUSIMMER™ F eatu re (on some models) The ACCUSIMMER setting is an adjustab le heat setting for more precise simmering.

10 F ahrenheit an d Celsiu s The temperature is prese t at Fahrenheit, bu t can be changed to Cels ius. T o Change: Press and hold CUSTOM BROIL for 5 sec onds. A tone wi ll sound, an d “° C ” will appear on the lo wer oven d isplay for 3 seconds.

12 Oven V ent 1. Oven vent The oven vent sh ould not be blocked or cover ed since it allows the release of hot air and moisture from the oven. Doing so will cause poor air circula tion, affecting cookin g and cleani ng results. Never set plast ics, paper or other it ems that co uld melt or burn near the ove n vent.
13 BROILING CHART For best res ults, place food 3 in. (7 cm) or mor e from the broil burn er . Times are guidelines only and may need to be ad justed for individual foods and tast es. Recommended rac k positions are numbe red from the bott om (1) t o the top (4).
14 CONVECT ION ROAS TING CHART Convection Broil 1. Broil element 2. Convection fan During convect ion broiling, the b roil element cycles on and off in interv als to main tain th e oven tempe ratur e, while the fan constantly ci rculates the hot air .

17 Metal marks from aluminum and copper ■ Cooktop Polishing Creme: Clean as s oon as cooktop has cooled down. Rub creme into surface with a damp p aper towel or s oft cloth. 18 T o Replace: 1. Hold oven door by the handle and place the top of the door under the cooktop overhang. 2. Use front of leg to apply pressu re to slide hinges into t he slots as far as possible . 3. Use side of leg to apply pressur e to the bott om of the door front.

It is normal for the fan to automatical ly run when th e oven is in use.
