ATTACHING THE MONITOR ARMS (MA) Atta ch each M onit or Arm (M A) to the b ack of yo ur tele visio n as sho wn. Make sure that each W asher (R for M4 or M5 screws, or S for M6 or M8 screws) is placed between the Screw and the Monitor Arm. Don’t place the W ashers between the Arms and the television.
U se spacers if Monitor Arms (MA) do not fit firmly against the back of the television, such as when the back of the television is curved, contains larger recessed mounting holes, or some other obstruction is in the way . Spacers also provide extra room for cables.

18 DETERMINE HEIGHT LOCATION OF TELEVISION Measure the distance from the bracket holes to the top and bottom of the TV to determine the center mounting position. Measure from the floor up, and make small marks on the wall to help you determine the desired TV height.

INSTALL THE SECURITY SCREWS (AB) Before you attach the W all Plate (WP) to the wall, insert the M4 x 10mm Security Screws (AB) into the locking mechanism on each end of the bracket. Insert them only half way , so that the locking arm can still be easily rotated.

DRILL PILOT HOLES Follow directions on the Installation T emplate (IT) carefully . Drill four holes 2.5" (64mm) deep using a 5/32" (or 4mm) size drill bit in the “A”, “B”, "C", and "D" locations noted on the Installation T emplate.

INSTALL THE DECORATIVE END COVERS (EC) Line up the two peg inserts on the back of each End Cover (EC) with the two holes at the ends of the W all Plate (WP), and press into place. Each End Cover is marked with a "L" (for Left side) or "R" (for Right side).
