1. PLACE the T op Shelf (2) with the silver discs up- ward on a flat, soft surface. INSERT Cam Lock Pins (13) into the small discs along the rear edge of the T op Shelf as shown in Fig. 1B. INSERT Cam Locks (18) into the holes along the top edge of the CMS ® (Cable Management System) Panel (1) as shown in Fig.

12. PLA CE the Bottom Shelf (4) over the Long Rods (16) as shown in Fig. 4. 13. SLIDE the Rear Foot Cylinders (9) over the Long Rods (16) as shown in Fig. 4A. SECURE each Rear Foot Cylinder with a Nut (10) and fully tighten with the T -Wrench tool. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
