12 ATTACHING THE MONITOR ARMS (MAL, MAR) Atta ch each Moni tor Arm (MA -L, MA-R) to the back of your telev ision as shown. (If you are usin g M4 screws, make sure that each W asher "R" is placed between the Screw and the Monitor Arm.) Don’t place the W ashers between the Arms and the television.
13 U se spacers if Monitor Arms ( MA-L , MA-R ) do not fit firmly against the back of the television, such as when the back of the television is curved, contains larger recessed mounting holes, or some other obstruction is in the way . Spacers also provide extra room for cables.

15 IT DETERMINE HEIGHT LOCATION OF TELEVISION Measure the distance from the bracket holes to the top and bottom of the TV to determine the center mounting p osition. Measure from the floor up, and make small marks on the wall to help you determine the desired TV height.

INSTALL THE WALL PLATE (WP) After you have prepared th e holes for mounting the Wall Plate (WP), place the Wall Plate over the holes in the direction as shown below , and screw in the Lag Bolts (T) about half way . 21 DRILL PILOT HOLES Follow directions on the Installation T emplate (IT) carefully . Carefully drill four holes using a 5/16" (or 8mm) masonry drill bit in the “A”, “B”, "C", and "D" locations noted on the Installation T emplate.

24 PREPARE THE MONITOR ARMS (MAL, MAR) Before you attempt to attach the TV to the W all Plate (WP), make sure the Monitor Arms (MA-L, MA-R) are in an unlocked position.
MOUNT THE TELEVISION W ith the help of an assis tant, lift the television and guide the Monitor Arms (MA-L, MA-R) onto the W all Plate (WP) as shown. Make sure both Moni tor Arms are secure ly on the W all Plate bef ore rele asing it.

27 LOCK THE MONITOR ARMS (MAL, MAR) Have an assistant hold the television in place while you carefully pull the bottom of the TV away from the wall. Flip the Easy Access Support Stands, located at the lower back part of each Monitor Arm (MA-L, MA-R), out and down toward the wall.
