5 2. Condition the non-stick finish by lightly wiping t wo teaspoons of cooking oil with paper toweling or a soft cloth over the entire cool surface. Let cooking oi l remain on the finish. Do not use butter or sh ortening to condition the non-stick surface.
6 C LEANING Y OUR G RIDDLE 1. Clean griddle thoroughl y after each use. Do not immerse griddle in co ld water when it is hot. Let griddle cool completely, then remove temperatur e contro l and grease cup. Dispose of grease. I mmerse griddle and greas e cup in warm soapy water.
7 T EMPERATURE G UID E Allow griddle to preheat to temperatur e sho wn, unless otherwise noted. Griddle has reached desired temperature setting when temperature control indicator l ight goes off. The quantities of food listed on the following pages are t he maximum amount that can be grilled at one time.

6 N ETTOYAGE DE VOTRE PLAQUE 1. Nettoyez méticuleusement la plaque après chaque utilisation. Ne plongez pas la plaque dans l’eau froide lorsqu’elle est à haute température. Laissez la plaque refroidir complètement puis retirez le r égulateur de température et l’égouttoir.
