Assembling Y our Heater Before beginning assembly , be sure to read and familiarize yourself with the overall assembly process a nd instructions in this m anual.
STEP 2 Using m ounti ng bracket ( Part 2), thread entire electri cal cord thr ough the m ounting bracket as shown in Figure 3. STEP 3 Using 4 threaded bolts , attach mounting bracket (Par t 2) to head unit (Part 1) as shown in Figure 4.
STEP 5 Thread electrical cord th rough curved upper arm (Part 3) an d attach with 4 threaded bo lts as shown in Figure 6. STEP 6 Insert inner support tube (Part 4 ) inside telescopic body (Pa r t 5) as shown in Figure 7. T ighten cla mp collar as s hown in Figure 8.
STEP 8 Thread electrical cord th ro ugh base conne ction pole section (Part 6) an d insert 4 threaded bolts as shown in Figur e1 1, 12 and 13. STEP 9 Mount support collar flange (Part 7) to base assembly with wheels (Part 8) as shown i n Figure 14, and secure with flat washer , lock wash er , and ¾” bolt as show n in Figure 15.

T roubleshooting Problem Solut ion Unit fails to tur n on. Check ele ctrical plug conn ection at wall outlet for a complete, snug fit. Check to make sure the “On/Of f” switch located on tilt switch is pulled OUT or in the “On” pos ition. Check GFI and reset circuit breaker if needed.
