Before beginning assembly , carefully read the following information and instructions: • Assembly requires two people. • For help identifying small parts, refer to the P ART IDENTIFICA TION CHART . • Ti ghten all parts as you assemble them, unless instructed to do otherwise.
3. Attach the Front Leg (8) to the Frame (2) with two M8 x 43mm Bolts (39), four M8 W ashers (16), and two M8 Nylon Locknuts (17). Note: Do not tighten the Locknuts yet. 4. Attach the Frame (2) to the Crossbar (3) with two M8 x 55mm Bolts (18), the Support Plate (38), and two M8 Nylon Locknuts (17).
7. T ap two 19mm Round Inner Caps (9) into a Long Pad T ube (10). Slide the Pad T ube through a hole in the Leg Lever (4). Slide two Long Foam Pads (23) onto the Pad T ube. Repeat this step with the other Long Pad T ube (10). 8. T ap four 25mm Square Inner Caps (35) into the ends of the two Backrest T ubes (5).
8 11 .T ap two 30mm Square Inner Caps (22) into the ends of a Fly Arm (25). Push a 25mm Round Inner Cap (24) into the end of the weight tube. Slide a Weight Stop (28) onto the weight tube. Assemble the other Fly Arm (not shown) in the same manner . 12.
AT T ACHING WEIGHTS To use the Leg Lever (4), slide the desired weights onto the weight tube on the Leg Lever . Do not place more than 50 pounds on the Leg Lever . To use the Fly Arms (25), make sure there is a We ight Stop (28) on each weight tube. Next, slide the desired amount of weight onto the weight tubes.

11 Rest for a short period of time after each set. The ideal resting periods are: • Rest for three minutes after each set for a muscle building workout. • Rest for one minute after each set for a toning work- out. • Rest for 30 seconds after each set for a weight loss workout.
