6 Before beginning assemb ly , carefully read the follo wing information and instructions: • Place all par ts in a cleared area and remov e the packing materials; do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. • Tighten all par ts as you assemb le them, unless instructed to do otherwise.
7 3. Attach the F rame (2) to the Crossbar (3) with tw o M8 x 55mm Bolts (25) and two M8 Nylon Loc knuts (34). 4. Press a 50mm Square Bushing (31) onto each Upright (1, 15) and tap them in place with a r ubber mallet. Slide a W eight Rest (16) into Upright A (1).
8 7. Press two 19mm Round Inner Caps (33) into each Shor t P ad T ube (10). Press two 19mm Round Inner Caps into the Long P ad T ube (23). Inser t the Shor t Pad T ubes (10) into the holes in the Leg Le ver (4). Slide two F oam P ads (22) onto each P ad T ube.
9 11. Attach the Curl P ad (12) to the Curl Upright (13) with two M6 x 16mm Scre ws (24). Slide the Curl Upr ight (13) into the F ront Leg (8). Align one of the adjustment holes in the Curl Upright with the adjustment hole in the F ront Leg. Tighten the Small Threaded Knob (19) into the adjustment hole in the F ront Leg.
10 4 W eight T ube ADJUSTING THE B A CKREST The Backrest (6) can be used in a le v el position, two incline positions or a decline position. T o use the Backrest in a le v el position, first lift the Backrest. Inser t the Suppor t T ube (7) into the lowest set of adjustment brac kets in the Uprights (1, 15).
