-- 4 -- Rib Groove D Insert the el bow tube into the blower outlet . Make sure elbow tube rib is aligned wit h the blower outlet groove. D Turn clamp k nob c lockwi se to t ighten. D Secure the ends of the shoul der s trap by routing t he strap t hrough the buc kle as shown.
-- 5 -- S Use rakes and brooms to loosen debris be- fore blowing. S In dusty condit ions, s lightl y dampen sur- faces or use a mister attachm ent when wa- ter is avai lable.
-- 6 -- NOTE : If engine has not s tarted, pull start er rope 5 m ore pulls . If engine s till does not run, it is probably f looded. ST ARTING A FLOODED ENGINE S Move the c hoke l ever to the RUN position. S Move throttle lever to the posi tion. S Pull rope to cl ear engine of exc ess f uel.
