14 Operation 1 2 3 4 5 6 14 Pairing and Association/Connection Once the Hub is powered up and completes its initialization, it is ready for association. First-time association occurs after manually registering the product ID number of the Hub with the PC.

This is the result of more than one dongle present in the same range.
