All rights reserved. 3 English HAZARD: INJECTION INJUR Y - A high pressure stream of paint produced by this equipment can pierce the skin and underlying tissues, leading to serious injury and possible amputation. PREVENTION: • The maximum operating range of the unit is 2750 PSI fluid pressure.
Use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade grounding plug and a 3-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the product. Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. When using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw .
If a metal container is used, it is necessary to ground the spray gun and container . T o do this, hold a metal portion of the gun against the edge of the metal container . Failure to do so may lead to static electric discharge, which may cause a fire.
Operating the Sprayer Before starting spraying each day , squirt upper packing lubricant (Part No. 9992504) into the slots in the upper pump housing. This lubricant keeps the piston seals pliant, minimizing paint bypass and piston wear . If the unit is operated several hours a day , lubricate approximately every 4 hours.
Spraying Spraying T echnique The key to a good paint job is an even coating over the entire surface. This is done by using even strokes. Keep your arm moving at a constant speed and keep the spray gun at a constant distance from the surface. The best spraying distance is 10 to 12 inches between the spray tip and the surface.
Cleanup Special cleanup instructions for use with flammable solvents: • Always flush spray gun at least one hose length from spray pump. • If collecting flushed solvents in a one gallon metal container , place it into an empty five gallon metal container , then flush solvents.
Cleaning the intake screen 1. The intake screen will clog and must be cleaned at least once a day . 2. T urn the intake screen counterclockwise to remove it from the bottom of the suction tube.
Cleaning the piston rod 1. Remove the cylinder from the vise. 2. Position the piston rod assembly in the vise and tighten. The piston rod may be damaged if you are using a vise with steel jaws. Use a vise with aluminum jaws or take precautions to protect the piston rod.

Utiliser uniquement une rallonge trifil è re dot é e d'une fiche de mise à la terre à trois broches et d'une prise à trois fentes pouvant accepter la fiche sur le produit. S'assurer que la rallonge est en bon é tat. S'assurer é galement que cette derni è re convient au courant consomm é par l'appareil.
2. D é tacher le tube de renvoi de la section pour fluide et le placer dans le contenant à d é chets. Si un contenant en m é tal est utilis é , il est n é cessaire de mettre à la terre le pistolet et le contenant. Pour ce faire, mettre en contact une partie m é tallique du pistolet avec le bord du contenant.
Fonctionnement du pistolet Avant de commencer toute op é ration de pulv é risation, injecter le lubrifiant de la garniture sup é rieure (no de pi è ce 9992504) dans les fentes du corps de la pompe sup é rieur .
8. T ourner l'interrupteur de s û ret é du pistolet pour le d é verrouiller . Si un contenant en m é tal est utilis é , il est n é cessaire de mettre à la terre le pistolet et le contenant. Pour ce faire, mettre en contact une partie m é tallique du pistolet avec le bord du contenant en m é tal.
La plupart des peintures ou teintures au latex requi è rent une pression tr è s é lev é e. C'est pourquoi le pistolet a é t é con ç u de fa ç on à pouvoir accepter une pression liquide de 2750 lb/po2.
Ne pas utiliser de brosse m é tallique afin de ne pas endommager le tamis. Nettoyage du filtre d'entr é e 1. Le filtre d'entr é e a tendance à se boucher; on doit donc le nettoyer au moins une fois par jour .
4. Ins é rer le disque d'arr ê t (23) dans la cage de la bille d'entr é e (25), puis les placer dans le bo î tier de la soupape d'entr é e (28). 5. Visser le bo î tier de la soupape d'entr é e sur la partie inf é rieure du cylindre.

Use solamente extensiones de 3 alambres que tengan una clavija de 3 patas con conexi ó n a tierra y un enchufe de tres ranuras que acepte la clavija del aparato.
2. Desprenda el tubo de retorno de la secci ó n del fluido y col ó quelo en el recipiente para desperdicios. Si se usa un recipiente de metal, ser á necesario conectar a tierra la pistola de atomizaci ó n y el recipiente. Para hacer esto, mantenga apoyada una parte de metal de la pistola contra la orilla del recipiente de metal.
Para hacer funcionar el atomizador T odos los d í as, antes de empezar a atomizar , inyecte lubricante para la empaquetadura superior (No. de pieza 9992504) en las ranuras de la caja superior de la bomba. El lubricante mantiene flexibles los sellos del pist ó n, minimizando con esto la desviaci ó n de pintura y el desgaste del pist ó n.
9. Dispare la pistola dentro de un recipiente para desperdicios. Mant é ngala abierta mientras gira lentamente la perilla de control de la presi ó n en direcci ó n de las manecillas del reloj hasta que se atomice pintura de la boquilla. Siga disparando la pistola hasta que se saque todo el aire del sistema y la pintura fluya libremente.
Limpieza Instrucciones especiales de limpieza para usarse con solventes inflamables: • Enjuague siempre la pistola atomizadora por lo menos a un largo de manguera de distancia de la bomba atomizadora. • Si est á colectando solventes enjuagados en un recipiente met á lico de 1 gal ó n (3.
