4 18 Completing the First-Time Setup The first time y ou turn on the TV , the Setup App will guide you thr ough each of the steps necessary t o get your TV r eady for use. 5 19 Using the On-Screen Menu Y our TV featur es an easy-to-use on-scr een menu. T o open the on-screen men u, pr ess the MENU button on the r emot e. Y ou can also open the on-scr een menu by pr essing the VIA butt on and selecting HDTV Settings fr om the VIA Dock, then pr essing OK .

5 31 Setting the T uner Mode If y ou are using a de vice that is connect ed to the RF input, such as an ext ernal antenna or cable TV connection, y ou must set the tuner mode. 1 . Pr ess the MENU butt on on the r emote . The on-scr een menu is display ed.

5 33 Changing the A udio Language Some digit al fr ee-to-air and cable c hannels br oadcast pr ogr ams in mor e than one language. The TV’ s MTS (Multichannel T ele vision Sound) f eatur e allows y ou to listen t o audio in your pr eferr ed language.
