Rack Positions Each convection oven is equipped with thr ee tilt-pr oof racks, and each convectional oven is equipped with two-tilt pr oof racks. All ranges have six rack positions. Position 6 is the farthest fr om the oven bottom. Position 1 is the closest to the oven bottom.
Baking Tips • As a general rule, to convert conventional r ecipes to convection r ecipes, r educe the temperatur e by 25 0 F (14 0 C) and the cooking time by appr oximately 10 to 15%. • Some r ecipes, especially those that ar e homemade, may r equir e adjustment and testing when converting fr om standar d to convection modes.
