ViewSonic G 220f 5 Using the Monitor Setting the Timing Mode Setting the timing mode is important for maximizing the quality of the screen image and minimizing eye strain. The timing mode consists of the res o lu ti o n (example 1600 x 1200) and r efresh rate (or vertical frequenc y; example 75 Hz).
ViewSonic G2 20f 6 Adjusting the Screen Image Use the buttons on the front control panel to display and adjust the OnV iew ® controls which display on the screen. The OnV iew controls are e xplained at the top of the next page and are def ined in “ Main Menu Controls ” on page 8.

ViewSonic G22 0f 9 V. C o n v e r g e n c e (V ertical Con vergence) adjusts horizontal color alignment. Use this control when red or blue borders are present around the horizontal segments of black letters on a white background. Tilt rotates the entire screen image.
