Wi-Fi Settings 30 V erizon 4G L TE Router MBR1515L VW Plan Y our Wireless Network The router comes with preset securit y . This means that the Wi-Fi network name (SSID), network key (password), and se curity option (encryption protocol) are pre set in the factory .

The latency , dat a throughput performance, and notebook p ower consumption of wireless adapters also vary depending on you r configuration choices.

With its content filtering feature, the route r prevents object ionable content from reaching your computers. Y ou can co ntrol access to Internet content by screening for keywords within web addresses.

For each device, the tab le shows the IP address, device name if a vailable, and the Ethernet MAC address. If the router is rebo oted, this data is lost until th e router rediscovers the devices.

If you enabled c ontent filtering in the Block Sites screen, the Logs screen can show you when someone on yo ur network tries to access a blocked site.

Advanced 60 V erizon 4G L TE Router MBR1515L VW Access Control Use access control to allow or block access to your network by computers and ele ctronic devices. When a device is blocked, it is able to get an IP ad dress from your router , but it is not able to communicate with other devices, nor is it ab le to connect to the Internet.
Advanced 61 V erizon 4G L TE Router MBR1515L VW a new computer has both wireless and Ethernet network connections, each connection has its o wn MAC address, and you need to add bo th MAC addresses to the allowed list.

This va lue specifies the IPv6 address and prefix length of the router ’s W AN interface. • Default IPv6 Gate way . This value specifies the IPv6 address of the defau lt IPv6 gateway , which is supposed to be on the router ’s W AN interface.
