7 Instructions for Use Use consists of sitting close to the HappyLight Ener gy Lamp with your eyes open. While staying oriented toward the light, feel fr ee to engage in other activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and crafts, sewing, needlepoint, applying make-up or working at your computer or desk.

9 4. Unscrew the two blue thumb scr ews that hold theblackbulbholderandthebulbitself(C). 5. Gently pull up the black bulb holder to expose thebaseofthebulb(D).

When cleaning, make sure you have turned off and unplugged the unit and allowed sufficient time for the unit to cool.
