4 GENERAL PRECAUTIONS • Do not use with pow er supply voltage other than 120V A C • A void placing the lamp in areas that are dusty , humid/moist, lack v entilation, or are subject to constant vibration. • Not f or use with light dimmers, timers, motion detectors , voltage transf or mers, or e xtension cords.
5 SET -UP INSTRUCTIONS Unpacking Please remov e all packaging material. Check the car ton f or the items pictured below: Selecting a location • Place your V er ilux ® T wiLight ™ Mini Ultra Blue Light Therap y Sleep System on a table or other fl at surface .
6 SET -UP INSTRUCTIONS Bulb & Diffuser installation 1. Inser t bulb into lamp b y fi rmly holding bulb base and pushing it into the sock et (See below). Bulb will not appear blue until it is illuminated. Note: Make sure bulb is fully inserted into the socket.
7 Instructions for use Blue light therap y consists of e xposing your ey es to a suffi cient quantity of blue light in the 460 nm r ange for 30 – 60 min utes, 2–3 hours prior to f alling asleep or for the same dur ation in the mor ning.
8 BULB REPLACEMENT Bulb remov al and replacement 1. Unplug lamp from power source . 2. T o access the b ulb , remov e the plastic diffuser by depressing the tabs (D) and lifting it out. 3. Fir mly hold the bulb base (B) (Do not hold the glass portion of the bulb) and pull b ulb from the sock et in an outward motion (roc king slightly if needed).
