4 GENERAL PRECAUTIONS • Do not use with pow er supply v oltage other than 120V A C • A void placing the lamp in areas that are dusty , humid/moist, lack v entilation, or are subject to constant vibration. • Not f or use with light dimmers, timers, motion detectors , v oltage transf or mers, or e xtension cords.
5 SET -UP INSTRUCTIONS Unpacking Please remov e all packaging material. Check the car ton for the items pictured below: Selecting a location • Place your V er ilux ® HappyLite ® Mini Sunshine Supplement Light System on a table or other fl at surface .
6 SET -UP INSTRUCTIONS Bulb & Diffuser installation 1. Inser t bulb into lamp b y fi r mly holding bulb base and push into the sock et (See below) Note: Make sure bulb is fully inserted into the socket. The bottom of the bulb base should touch the plastic housing of the lamp.
7 Instructions for use Light therap y consists of sitting close to the HappyLite ® Mini with e yes open. While sta ying or iented toward the light, f eel free to engage in other activities such as reading, writing, hobby making & cr afting, sewing, needlepoint, applying mak eup , painting, or working at a computer/desk.
8 BULB REPLACEMENT Bulb remov al and replacement 1. Unplug lamp from power source. 2. T o access the bulb , remov e the plastic diffuser by depressing the tabs (D) and lifting it out. 3. Fir mly hold the bulb base (B) (Do not hold the glass por tion of the bulb) and pull b ulb from the sock et in an outward motion (rocking slightly if needed).
