When the knob is turned all the way to the left, the Subw oof er Direct feature is inv oked and the subw oof er plays all frequencies up to 200 Hz.
7 ☞ 7 ☞ Rear Panel Connections - Detailed Explanation Your new subwoofer is equipped with both speaker-level and line- level inputs. Use the RCA/Phono type “INPUT” jacks when con- necting your subwoofer to a pre-amp, signal processor, or line-level crossover.

This remov es the lower bass from y our satellites, enabling them to do a better job reproducing high frequencies and giving your receiv er’ s amp more headroom (up to 50% more po wer).
