2 . T o program the alarm timing: a . Press the "PROG" button. b . Press either 1, 2 or 3 for different timing: 1 = 30 seconds alarm - 2 cycles, 30 seconds rest in between (preset timing). 2 = 60 seconds alarm - 2 cycles, 30 seconds rest in between.
