T o check the actual produc t temperature in your unit, insert an accurate thermo meter into a pla stic (non- breakable) bottle that is pa rtially filled with water .
6 ADA24 ADA SERIES Normal Operating Sounds All models incorporate rigid foam insulated cabinets to provide high thermal effi ciency and maximum sound reduction for its internal work ing components. In spite of this technolo gy , your mode l may make sounds that are unfamiliar .
ADA24 7 ADA SERIES General Cleaning Exterior Cleaning (As Require d) Vinyl C lad (Black or White) Models: • Surfaces may be cleaned with a mild detergent and warm water solution. Do no t use solvent-based or abrasive cleaners. Use a so ft sponge and rinse with clean water .
8 ADA24 ADA SERIES Defr osting Automatic (Cycle) Defr ost Models Automatic defrost models do not produce frost in normal operating conditions. Howeve r , a fr ost pattern may be noticed on the interio r walls if the unit is repeatedly opened in a high heat or high humidity location.
ADA24 9 ADA SERIES Wire Shelf Re moval/Installation Reposition the shel ves as follows: Figure 10 1. Remove shelf retention clip. 2. Pull s helf ou t about 6" (Figure 10, 1) , until back of shelf clears the “hump” on the right-hand side. 3. Tilt up right-hand edge of sh elf (Figure 10, 2) .
10 ADA24 ADA SERIES Door Alignment Check and Adjustment IMPORT ANT IMPORT ANT Properly aligned, the door’ s gasket should be firmly in contact with the cabinet all the way ar ound the door (no gaps). Carefully examine the door’ s gasket to assure that it is firmly in contact with the cabinet.
