T o raise or lower the seat: :: F irst turn the locking knob one turn counter-clockwise.
6 :: :: 7 PULSE MEASUREMENT :: 1. P ush the ear sensor connector into the interface connector . 2. Attach the ear sensor to your earlobe. 3. Attach the sensor wire to your shirt with the clip pro vided. This prevents the sensor and wir e from moving, which may interfer e with measuring.
