Impor tant Safety Instructions 2 UPS Location W arnings • Install your UPS indoors, away from e xcess moisture or heat, conductiv e contaminants, dust or direct sunlight. • For best performance, keep the indoor temperature between between 32º F and 104º F (0º C and 40º C).
Cold-Start Y our UPS: Y ou may “cold start” your UPS and use it as a stand-alone power source when utility po wer is not present, providing that the UPS battery is charged. T o “cold start” your UPS, press and hold the ON/OFF button until you hear a beep (about 2 seconds), then release it.
7 B A TTERY CHARGE: This red light will turn ON continuously after the UPS runs a self-test to indicate that the UPS’ s battery is weakly charged. If it remains lit after you ha ve allo wed the UPS to charge for twelve hours and run a second self-test, contact T ripp Lite for service.

“Arrancar en frío” el sistema UPS: Se puede “arrancar en frío” la unidad UPS y utilizarla como fuente autónoma de energía cuando la ener gía eléctrica no esté disponible, pero únicamente si se encuentra cargada la batería del sistema UPS.

Démarrage à froid de votr e système UPS : Si vos batteries sont char gées, vous pouvez démarrer v otre système UPS à froid et l'utiliser en tant que source d'ali- mentation autonome lorsque l'alimentation du secteur n'est pas disponible.
