18 Connections Connecting to a USB Storage Device This unit can be used to read JPEG, WMA, MP3 and DivX ® data for any memory card reader/writer or digital camera that accepts USB Mass Storage Class. For devices that are compatible with the unit’s USB port, please refer to page 9 .
19 Basic setup Press POWER. The starting setup function begins and the Language setup menu appears on the screen. Press or to select your desired language, then press ENTER. Starting setup The STARTING SETUP function makes installing your unit easily.
20 Basic setup Clock setting The auto clock function will automatically set the built-in clock (Month, Day , Y ear and Time) when the unit is connected to an antenna or cable system and it is turned off.

24 TV operation Adjust the volume level by pressing VOL + or – . The volume level will be indicated on the screen by green bars. As the volume level increases, so do the number of bars. If the volume decreases, the number of green bars also decreases.
25 Basic setup ■ SLEEP To set the unit to turn off after a preset amount of time, press SLEEP on the remote control. The clock will count down 10 minutes for each press of SLEEP (120, 1 10, ...10, 0). After the sleep time is programmed, the display will appear briefly every ten minutes to remind you that the sleep timer is operating.
26 Closed captions Captions: This closed caption mode will display text on the screen in English or another language (depending on the setting of the closed captions CH 1/2). Generally , closed captions in English are transmitted on captions channel 1 and closed captions in other lan- guages are transmitted on captions channel 2.

34 Playback (VCR) Loading and unloading a cassette tape Use only video cassette tapes marked . Loading Remove the erase prevention tab with a screwdriver.
