4 TOPCOM HB 4F00 3 V ERZORGING EN ONDERHOUD Stel het horloge NIET bloot aan extreme weersomstandigheden, reiniging s- middelen en oplosmiddelen. Laa t het horloge niet vallen en be hand el het met zachtheid.
TOPCOM HB 4F00 5 NEDERLANDS 5.1 MASTER RESET Druk gelijktijdig op de toetsen S2, S3 en S4 en houd ze ingedr ukt om het horloge te resetten. !!! Alle ingestelde waar den ga an verloren, ook de tijdsmelding. 5.2 ACHTERGRONDVERLICHTING Druk kort op S1 om de achtergrondv erlichting van het scherm 3 seconden te activeren.
6 TOPCOM HB 4F00 • S3 of S4: de dag hoger of lager instellen. [S3] of [S4]: dag snel inst ellen. • S2: bevestigen. • S3 of S4: het formaat van de maand instellen op maand-dag of dag - maand. • S2: bevestigen. • S3 of S4: om de uurweergave in te stellen (12 HR of 24 HR).
TOPCOM HB 4F00 7 NEDERLANDS 8 ALARMTIJD EN UURALARM INSTELLEN 8.1 INSTELLING In normale tijdmodus (tijd op scherm): • S2: om naar de alarmmodus te gaan. • [S2]: de minuten knipperen. • S3 of S4: minuten hoger of lager instell en. [S3] of [S4]: minuten snel instellen .
8 TOPCOM HB 4F00 9 STOPWATCHMODUS In normale tijdmodus: • 2 x S2: om naar de stopwatchmodus te gaan. • S3 : stopwatch starten. • S3: stopwatch stoppen / pau ze ren. • S4: scherm "bevriezen" (splittijd) • [S4] S t opwatch resetten (alleen als de stopwatch stopg ezet is).

10 TOPCOM HB 4F00 1 1.3 T RA ININGSZONES Trainingszones worden vastgelegd door het instellen van de bovenste en onderste hartslaglimiet en. Deze grenswaarden vormen een bepaa ld percentage van uw maximale hartslag (MHR – Maximum Heart Rate).
