SEASONING THE GRIDDLE HEA TING SURF ACE (NON CHROMIUM SURF ACE) Clean the griddle surface thoroughly . After the griddle has been thoroughly cleaned, it should be seasoned to prevent food from sticking. Before using and after each thorough scouring, season the griddle heating surface in the following manner .
