4 3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION 4. HANDLING PRECAUTIONS • Do not direct the camera lens to the sun or strong lighting or light reflection. Exposure to direct sunlight could cause the CCD's color filter to deteriorate, leading to image discoloration. • Do not give the camera a great shock or vibration, as this will damage the camera.

9 8. ADJUSTMENT 1. The RDY indicator lights when the power is supplied to the network camera. 2. Connect the monitor output terminal to the monitor so that the picture may be displayed on the monitor. 3. Set the Flicker-reduction switch of the mode switch to "ON" position if flicker is annoying.
