14 15 Heart Rate Zone Alert While in Set up mode , pres s ST AR T/STOP or RESET to toggle the H eart Rate Zon e Alert func tion ON or O FF . • When OFF , your upper and lower limits will be “hidden” and your Heart Rate Zone Alert function will be disabled.
