05386 Rev. D 5 1.0 INTRODUCTION The M200EU-NOy converter is designed to s upport a NOx analyzer by converting multiple, unstable compounds grouped under the name NOy . The converter is mounted on the analyzer at the sample inlet to minim ize flow time between sam ple in and converter, thereby optimizing measurement accuracy.

05386 Rev. D 15 5.0 CALIBRATION AND ZERO/SPAN CHECKS Unlike most NOx analyzers, the M200EU with th e NOy option does not have a samp le inlet port on the rear panel of the M200EU. The sample port is located on the External Converter; therefore Zero/Span calibration is different than a norm al NOx instrument.

D 5.1 Calibration or Cal Check Procedure The calibration of the instrument can be checked or adjusted using gas introduced through the calibration port “CAL IN” on the Bypass Pump Modul e.
