21 HOW TO INSTALL AND R EPLACE BATTERIES IN THE TEMPERA TURE STATION The Temperatur e Station uses 2 x AA, IEC LR6 , 1.5V batteries. When batteries will need to be rep laced, the low battery icon will appear on t he LCD. To install and replac e the batteries, please fol low the steps below: 1.
22 Note: In the event of c hanging batteries in a ny of the units, all uni ts need to be reset by following the setu p procedures. This is because a rand om security code is assigned by the transmitter at start-up and this code must be recei ved and stored by the Temperature Station in th e first few min utes of power sup plying.

28 To wall mount: Before wall mou nting, please check th at the outdoor temper ature values can be received from the desired locatio ns: 1. Fix a screw (not sup plied) into the desired w all, leaving the head extended out by about 5mm. 2. Hang the Tempera ture Station onto th e screw.
29 To wall mount: 1. Secure the brack et onto a desired wal l using the screws and plastic anchors. 2. Clip the remote temperature transmitter onto the bracket. Note: The mounting sur face can affect the transmis sion range. If, for instance, the unit is attache d to a piece of metal, it may then either reduce or incre ase the transmitting r ange.
