10 The timer star ts counting dow n as soon as the required time is set. The time remaining is displayed on the timer disp lay, the time maybe adjuste d once set and will start the countdown again from the new tim e setting.

16 Electrical Connection This appliance must be installed by a competent pers on, such as one h olding NICEIC Re gistration and in accordance with the latest e dition of the I EE WIRING Regulati ons. Before connecting the appl iance, make sure that the suppl y voltage marked on the rating Plate corresponds with the m ains supply voltage.
17 The cable connections m ust be in accordance with the diagram located on the bottom of the hob the brass links must be p ositioned as marked in the a ppropriate diagram and once establis hed ALL terminal screws must be tightened down firmly. NOTE The appliance must NOT be connected to th e mains supply by means of a 13A plug and socket.
