Almost all inputs and internal b usses are “soft”, allo wing connections to be patched inter- nally (naturally , routing conf igurations may be stored and recalled ).

TASCAM DM-3200 Us er’s Manual 91 7 – MIDI As well as the MIDI ports, the DM-3200 can pass MIDI to and from a PC connected using the USB connec- tion (as well as through a F ireWire connection if an op tional F ireWi re interface card is fitted). This section explains some of the wa ys in which the card is used.

TASCAM DM-3200 Us er’s Manual 93 8 – Remote operation The DM-3200 is capable of ac ting as a remote control un it for a wide variety of external devices. The exact functionality of the machine control depends, of course, on the device to be controlled.
