6 TASCAM CD-RW5000 1 - Introduction The T ASCAM CD-R W5000 allows you to mak e your o wn standard audio CDs, using cost-effecti ve standard CD-R discs. CD-R W discs can also be used, allo wing bad “takes” and tracks to be erased and re-recorded as well as allo wing whole discs to be reused.
1 - Introduction TASCAM CD-RW5000 7 1.2 Finalizing Although audio data may be written on a CD-R or CD-R W disc, an audio CD player will not be able to read the data (i.e. play back the audio) until a final table of contents (TOC) has been written at the start of the disc.
